Each mirror is created with attention to detail, using modern technology and durable materials. We are committed to ensuring that you enjoy perfect lighting and functionality on a daily basis.
However, if it happens that the product does not work properly or you notice any defects, you can exercise your right of complaint.

Notice Regarding Courier Claims
Please carefully inspect the condition of the shipment in the presence of the courier.
If any damage is found, it is necessary to complete a damage report, which must be attached when submitting a claim.
All transport-related damages (e.g. damaged package, broken mirror) must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
