All parcels are sent via DHL courier service. Delivery by courier guarantees that the parcel will be delivered within 4-6 days of posting.

Choosing the right mirror technology depends on where it is installed and the lighting effect you want to achieve. We offer three variants that differ in the level of sealing and the intensity of illumination:

🔹 ECO (IP20)
Open technology – ideal for rooms with low humidity (e.g. bedroom, hallway).
The light diffuses gently around the mirror surface and subtly penetrates through the sandblasting.
It is an economical option with soft, decorative light.

🔹 BASIC (IP44)
Enclosed technology – will work well in a standard bathroom.
The lighting is housed in a special cover that enhances its power and focus.
This is a good choice if you want practical but still pleasant light.

🔹 PREMIUM (IP65)
The highest level of waterproofing – recommended for modern bathrooms and areas with high humidity.
Innovative design provides exceptionally intense and even illumination.
Only available in standard size models.

You will find two mounting kits in our range – both designed to make mounting the mirror as simple and safe as possible. They differ in the range of add-ons, so make sure you choose one to suit your needs:

This is the ideal kit if you already have the basic tools and plan to mount two. It contains everything you need to securely fix your mirror:

protective edge protection for the mirror.

🛠️ Smart Fix Pro

If you plan to mount the mirror yourself or want to have everything at hand straight after unpacking – this is the option for you. In the set you will find:

an installation template with spirit level,
a set of drills, in other words everything you need to mount the mirror precisely and without stress – even without additional help.

If you have noticed a defect in a purchased product, please contact us as soon as possible. You can do this via the complaint form available on our website – select the subject ‘Complaint’ and complete the required fields.

The frames in our LED mirrors are usually between 0.6 and 6 cm wide, depending on the design and the backlighting technology. In the case of mirrors with full perimeter illumination – the light comes out from under the glass sheet. With more decorative models, the width of the frame can be greater, giving the mirror a distinctive character. Information on the exact thickness is always included in the product description.

The distance of the mirror from the wall depends on the specific model, but in most cases is between 2 and 3.5 cm. LED mirrors are mounted on brackets that guarantee a solid fixing and aesthetically conceal the wires. This way of mounting makes the mirror look modern and gently stands out from the wall, creating the effect of elegantly “floating” in space.

Standard power cable exits at the rear of the mirror, in the centre slightly pointing upwards (when viewed from the front of the mirror). The exact location may vary from model to model. If you require, it is also possible to order the mirror with the cable in the desired location – please contact us before purchasing.

Touch Switch: Simply touch the button on the mirror to turn the light on or off. Additionally, you can adjust the light color or brightness by holding your hand on the button for a longer time.

Sensor Switch: Allows you to turn the mirror on without touching the surface, by reacting to the proximity of your hand. It also optionally offers color and brightness adjustment.

Direct Connection: Enables you to turn the light on or off using a wall switch. Brightness adjustment is not available.

The LED backlighting in mirrors mainly serves a decorative purpose. It can be used for basic tasks that do not require strong lighting, but it may not be sufficient for makeup application. Optimal lighting for makeup can be achieved with mirrors that have front-facing lights.

The dimensions provided on the website refer to the overall external dimensions of the mirror, including the frame. You can find information about the width of the frame in the descriptions of individual products.

All our mirrors come with a two-year warranty. Importantly, the warranty also covers electronic components. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage resulting from improper use.

In the case of custom-made mirrors – i.e. mirrors prepared specifically according to your specifications (e.g. size, shape, type of backlighting) – unfortunately they cannot be returned.

Such products are created on special request and are not prefabricated, therefore, in accordance with the applicable law (Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act), they are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
