BUY ANY MIRRORS – THE SECOND ONE WITH A 30% DISCOUNT, AND THE THIRD ONE WITH A 50% DISCOUNT

I. General provisions
1. The organiser of the promotion ‘Buy any mirrors – the second one with a 30% discount, and the third one with a 50% discount!’ (hereinafter: “Promotion”) is Ruke Zbigniew Rus, ul. Słowackiego 11, 24-100 Puławy (hereinafter: ‘Organiser’).
2. The Promotion is available on the website at rukemirrors.co.uk
3. The duration of the Promotion is specified and covers the period from 02.12.2025 at 08:00 to 05.12.2025 at 08:00 (or until cancelled/stocks are exhausted, if applicable).

II. Terms and conditions of participation in the Promotion
The Promotion entitles the Customer (hereinafter: ‘Participant’) to receive a discount:
– 30% on the second cheapest mirror,
– 50% on the third cheapest mirror,
– when purchasing a minimum of 3 (three) mirrors of any kind in a single transaction.
2. The products covered by the Promotion are all mirrors available in the Shop’s offer, subject to point 2.3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
3. The Participant may participate in the Promotion multiple times during its duration, provided that the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions are met each time.
4. The discount is calculated on products as follows:
– Purchased mirrors are sorted by price from the most expensive to the cheapest.
– The most expensive mirror covered by the Promotion is sold at the regular price.
– The second cheapest mirror is covered by a 30% discount on the regular price.
– The third cheapest mirror is subject to a 50% discount on the regular price.
5. The discount is calculated automatically at the time of purchase in the shopping basket in the Online Shop.
6. This Promotion cannot be combined with other price promotions, discounts or discount vouchers, unless the terms and conditions of another promotion state otherwise.
7. The discount granted is not payable in cash or exchangeable for any other means of payment.

III. Final provisions

1.Each Participant taking part in the Promotion declares that they have read the terms and conditions and accept its provisions. Participation in the Promotion is tantamount to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable laws shall apply.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the provisions of these Terms and Conditions for important reasons (e.g. technical or organisational reasons, changes in the law), provided that the amendment does not infringe the acquired rights of Participants.
4. The promotion is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.
5. The Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 2 December 2025.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE DISCOUNT CODE PROMOTION

I. General Provisions

1. The Organizer of the Discount Code Promotion (hereinafter: the “Promotion”) is Ruke Zbigniew Rus, ul. Słowackiego 11, 24-100 Puławy (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).

2. The Promotion takes place on the website available at rukemirrors.co.uk.

3. The purpose of the Promotion is to grant Participants a discount on products covered by this Promotion.

II. Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Promotion

1. The Promotion entitles the Customer (hereinafter: the “Participant”), who purchases products in the Online Store during the Promotion period, to receive a discount on the regular gross price of every product in the shopping cart.

2. The condition for using the Promotion is to enter the code provided on the website in the “DISCOUNT CODE” field in the Online Store’s shopping cart.

3. The products covered by the Promotion are all products available in the Store’s offer, subject to point 12.

4. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

5. The Participant may participate in the Promotion multiple times during its validity, provided that the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions are met each time.

6. The discount is applied automatically, after entering the code, to every product in the shopping cart.

7. The discount is calculated based on the regular gross price. The price after the discount is displayed to the Participant before placing the order.

8. Combining Promotions: This Promotion does not combine with other price promotions, discounts, or discount vouchers, unless the terms and conditions of another promotion state otherwise. If the Participant attempts to apply the code to a product already covered by another promotion, the system will automatically apply the discount more favorable to the Customer or inform the Customer about the inability to combine discounts.

9. The granted discount is not convertible into cash or exchangeable for any other means of payment.

10. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract (return) for a product purchased under the Promotion, the amount actually paid by the Participant for that product (i.e., the price after the discount) is subject to reimbursement.

III. Final Provisions

1. Every Participant taking part in the Promotion declares that they have read and accept its terms. Using the Promotion (by applying the discount code) is equivalent to accepting these Terms and Conditions.

2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable provisions of law shall apply.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the provisions of these Terms and Conditions for important reasons (e.g., technical-organizational, changes in law), provided that the change does not violate the acquired rights of the Participants.

4. The Promotion is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Act of November 19, 2009, on gambling.

5. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on November 17, 2025.
